Food was above average but they do not do much for vegetarians. Their lunch specials are all meat based, which is ridiculous in 2019.  Of course, they do not allow substitutions, so you are out of luck if you do not eat meat. It is the same with the 3 for $10.00 specials. This place also does not clean as well as they should; however, they are cleaner than the other Chili's I have been to. We had a very nice, prompt & friendly waiter. He tried to assist with lunch specials but was blocked by his boss. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of our server. All employees should be like him.

My bestfriend and I visited for National Margarita Day.  Three margarita flavors were offered for $5.00 which were the El Nino, Tropical Sunrise, and Cuervo Blue Margaritas.  My bestfriend stated the Cuervo Blue was too strong and not sweet enough for her liking.  I had the Tropical Sunrise and El Nino which tasted great! Both of the drinks had just the right amount of sweetness and alchohol.  The white spinach queso was very good. The chips were thin and crisp which was a plus, however, some of the chips were just too oily. The waiter was nice and attentive and I would visit this location again.  The restaurant was clean and there was not a long wait at all.  I came around 7:30pm and was able to be seated right away.  Enjoy.

Have been here many times but this specific time was definitely review worthy. Went here for lunch on a Sunday and was seated on a side booth. Needless to say after almost 20 min of sitting there, being passed by several servers, without being greeted by one. we ended up walking out. The hostess who seated us and seen us get up and leave, said thank you and have a good day, seriously??

I like chili's, but today Sunday afternoons experience wasn't the best. Waited 15-20 min. Yet not been knowledge by a server. Past by more than 3. The greeter said thank you and have a nice day. Really?

This Chili's is definitely not the location you want to be at if you're expecting great customer service. we were finally seated after a couple minutes of waiting (which is not a huge deal) but once seated we did not have a server come to our table. we had seen multiple walk by and we finally asked if we can have our order taken. they acted as if it was a big deal that they had to take our order. on a positive note the food was indeed delicious as most Chili's restaurants are, i recommend the Cajun Chicken Pasta!! but i from now in will be taking the drive to the one on route 34 in Oswego.
